Reversing a payment (voiding)

Hello. I have a customer who has multiple units, but needs the automatic payment on one unit reversed (voided).

Is it possible to void just the one payment, and not the payment for both? Both are showing up on the receipt in ledger adjustments, and I really don't want to void both.

Hi @storallgsa

If all units were paid in a single transaction (this would create a single receipt for all units), Sitelink sees this as one payment and a void would reverse the total amount. It is not possible to void part of a payment; the entire payment must be reversed if necessary.
