Is it possible to set up a convenience fee for online payments?
When tenants pay with a CC in person, they are charged a processing fee. However, when they pay online, this is not charged. This makes my client eat the processing fee for all online payments.
Has anyone been able to successfully automate a fee for any payments processed online?

Has anyone been able to successfully automate a fee for any payments processed online? You can set up a recurring convenience fee in the payment screen, but for in-person cash payments, it must be credited manually. A flat fee might simplify things.

I’ve actually dealt with a similar issue before, and adding an automated convenience fee for online payments can definitely make a big difference in covering processing costs. It reminds me a bit of how Eaglercraft the browser-based multiplayer sandbox game, handles online server resources and hosting costs behind the scenes—every online interaction comes with its own expense. In situations like this, automating a small convenience fee for digital payments seems like a practical solution so the business owner doesn’t have to absorb all of the transaction fees.-1

Setting up a convenience fee for online payments sounds like a necessary step to ensure your client isn't losing money. It reminds me of how in stickman hook, every level has its own challenges and rewards—similarly, implementing a fee can help balance the scales for online transactions. Hopefully, someone here has a solution that can streamline this process for you!-1

That makes sense—online fees can add up quickly if they’re not passed through properly. Definitely worth checking your platform settings. On a side note, I’ve been trying to take short breaks between tasks lately, and oddly enough I ended up playing SoFlo Wheelie Life for a few minutes here and there—pretty relaxing.-1
