Sitelink Web Edition Online Move In email issues

Anyone using Sitelink Web edition with OMI? I really want to start offering OMI, however I've hit a road block with their system and the correspondences that it auto generates.
1. I can't edit or turn off any of the OMI emails that the tenant receives when making an online move in. Have you found a work-around for this?
2. When making an OMI Sitelink creates a "reservation" for the tenant, and then sends them a reservation confirmation email. Which would make sense if they were making a reservation, but completely confusing and not needed when doing an OMI. Again, Sitelink tells me that I can't stop this email from being sent out, and I also can't edit it.
Any work arounds or suggestions? thank you

The reservation email is automatic, but it is just part of the process. I am not sure it's all that confusing. Maybe I am wrong.
Ours has occasionally dropped the facility name from the reservation emails, and seems to have a logo we never created. It also says reservation will be honored up to 7 days, even though we have reservations disabled and set to expire next day. I wonder if that email is something the website admin can change. There are still several issues with the 'new' website that don't seem to be getting attention.0 -
It is confusing for a lot of people -I had one this morning that made 3 reservations and never did figure it out. This happens frequently. It seems like we pay top dollar for the premium software but is not easy for customers to navigate. I have facilities on Sitelink and Easy - On easy it is a one time process -no hunting for a link -just a quick move in process0
