Re-print Refund Receipt

After this past weekend's Sitelink maintenance update, I am not able to reprint our Refund Receipt under Company/Re-print/Forms.
We can see it in Set up/Form Setup, it has the x in the "Used" cell  and format is  "Use Standard RTF"  but when we go back to Forms, Re-Print, it is not in the Select a Document Category........

Any suggestions?

    If you go to Adjustments, Moved Out Accounts, Select Customer can you reprint from Receipts on the payment screen?

    Hi @Storageinasnapp,

    Receipts have their own dedicated menu and cannot be found under Reprint Forms. To see all receipts for the day you can go to Company -> Receipts. You can set the date range in the upper right to view receipts from previous days or a range of days. 

    To see receipts for a specific tenant, open their account from the Payments button and click Receipts at the top of the screen. As @JulieA mentioned, you can do the same for moved out tenants by opening their account from Adjustments -> Moved Out Accounts and clicking the Receipts button.
