Length of Stay Report?

Hello,

Is there a way to see how long each tenant has stayed? (like 1 month stays vs 6 months)?

If you go to unit reports...unit history, you could actually look that way. Otherwise, you can go to any current or past tenant and look at their account page and see their move in date... or move in /move out dates.

If you visit the unit reports/unit history... at the bottom you can filter the report to show selected units or all units. If you select all it will show every tenant for each unit... when they moved in/out... and the rate they pay/paid

Yes this works if you want a list of all tenants.

@secondarystorage - you might also want to try the Marketing Summary report which shows the percentage/total number of tenants that stay 1-2 months, 3-4 months, etc.

If you go to the move out option it will give you the days in unit.
