Drivers License scans

Hello!  One of my employees must have accidentally changed something in the settings or settings of the printer and when scanning a DL into the system from SL it only scans a tiny portion of the corner, like it was blown up... Has anyone had this problem before?  Thanks in advance!

Is the license being positioned in the correct way? I have seen if the orientation is not right it will not scan correctly.

Hello Jessica, there's really no standard fix for this particular issue, and tech support definitely has had this question before. There may be a scanner setting that needs adjusting, or it could be something else specific to your setup. If you call them at 919-865-0789 (option 2) they'll figure it out with you. Good luck!

I had the same issue.  I am not sure why but when I hit scan I get 2 options for my printer.  When I use the printer with (NET) after the name it scans fine. If I choose the other option I get an enlarged corner of the scan.

I have just stared scanning driver licenses I have had no problems once I figured out the right way to position the license, it is a great way for ID's to see the pic of the person when you pull up the account for payment.

We have had the same issue and like Rolandini said when using the one with the NET after it, it works fine. Not sure why but we have just gotten used to how to make it work.

My issue is when I click on the scanner button in sitelink, it scans only black and white, I have to scan the ID to my desktop then instead of clicking on scanner, I have to click on the upload button below it to add an ID in color.  I've check the settings, can't seem to figure it out.

I see it's been a while, but I hope my solution helps those with the same problem. It's possible that your scanner settings may have been changed, causing the image to be zoomed in or cropped.
You may want to try adjusting the scanning settings or resetting the scanner to its default settings to see if that helps. There may be an issue with the scanner, so you may want to contact the manufacturer or a technical support specialist for further assistance. If all above doesn't help, check out the alternatives. I hope that helps
