Disabling Auto-Payment After Processing.

Hello everyone, 

Is there anyway to disable auto-payment once it has been processed? For an example, someone is moving out August 18th and is on auto-payment. I want the card to process August's rent and then afterwards be disabled automatically. 

The reason for this is because some folks put their vacate notices way in advance and disabling the auto-payment can be forgotten.

    There's a setting to disable autopays when a vacate notice is in place. And to disable you just need to set a reminder to take it off autopay after the payment was ran in the ledger settings

    Just don't check this box, and the ones scheduled out won't run.  In the morning, you will have a list of those who didn't process.  If they aren't due out this month, you can manually process it.


    If you don't use the automatic overnight process, then when you run the payments in the mornings, your list shows the scheduled out date and you can process them, or not, depending on the time frame.
