Online rentals - how do you select what units are available by size to leave unlocked?

That will make them unavailable in person, too.

The way to just make them unavailable online, but still available in person, is to go to Company: Modify Units and then check the box for Exclude from Website.  This does require a little effort to get it set up, but then you just make sure when someone moves out of something, it's set the way you want it.  That only takes a second after each move-out.

I forget the system it went thru but my prior company in TX did online rentals and we had it setup so it showed the first 2 units of any unit size/class as available to rent online. So we kept those 2 units unlocked with 2 bottles of water, a lock and thank you card inside them. No need to set it to not show certain units online that way and it would auto process to the next unit which we would then go make ready if someone did do an online rental.
