There's a hidden menu option.
Company --->Utilities . Press Ctrl + Shift + T , then click on "Move Ledger to Another Tenant"
Here you can separate linked units, or link two units to one occupant.
To separate linked units, you will "add" (an occupant) into the right column, then "transfer" one of the linked units to it (thereby separating it)

Does anyone know how to link units (after move-in) using Sitelink Stand Alone edition?

Stand Alone edition does not operate the same as Web edition.

Follow the same process with one exception. If you are splitting units you are not able new tenant profile from this screen. First goto Operation->Tenants->add, create your tenant and then follow the process.
