CRM Automatically Process
Is there a way to setup CRM to automatically send an email. I am trying to find a work around for the Reservation Confirmation Letter that can't be modified. FYI if you feel you should be able to customize the Confirmation Letter please put in a request to SL. If enough people make the request it might get done!

Your Oldest Tenant
Just had the honor of leasing a unit to a 92-year-old WWII veteran. He drove his own car, filled out the application, signed and initial the lease agreement. Then unloaded two bicycles into his unit and headed home for another load. And to boot he served in the Navy, just like me!

Waiting Lists - Pros and Cons
Has anyone been successful in using a waiting list for units and parking spaces. If so what form did you use. We tried listing them as "Lead" in the reservations area but they soon became unmanageable. We only take reservations 14 days in advance and are at 94% capacity. Thanks!

PEOPLE PAYING OTHER PEOPLES UNIT
If someone comes in and pays for another persons units, do you give them the receipt that prints out? Or give them a hand written ? Only since it has the unit number their address, just wondering.

Anyone else having problems with automatic payments being processed by Sitelink? I called on this last week and they seemed clueless as how to remedy...working on it ....suggestion ..manually do them! We pay for a service and it's lacking lately .... thoughts from others?????
