Discount from street rate not showing on receipts

We have a lot of tenants who pay less than our new rental rates, (they get raised, just not as fast as the street rates increased). I think when we first got Sitelink Web, it showed the discount the tenant had from the street rate. Now it is always $0. Is there a setting we messed up?

The discount amount is based off the current standard rate and tenant rate.  If the discount is $0, that would indicate the standard rate and tenant's rate are the same.

    Not quite....
The example below shows the standard rate $175 and the tenant rate of $115

    Ron,

I was thinking about the discount report not a receipt.  The receipt will only show a discount if a discount was applied to the charge.  If the tenant's rate is $115, then there is no discount.  If the tenant's rate was $115 and you added a $5 coupon, then the discount amount would show $5.  The charge column is always the tenant's rate.
