E-sign Leases not getting signed

Is there a way to show that there is an un-signed lease for a customer when they login to their account on line?

No.  The online account is purely financial.

I would lock out the online access to get them to call in about it.  Then the lease can be addressed before they can have online access again.

We don't give new tenants access to an account or the facility until the lease has been signed and a payment has been made. We also won't accept the payment until the lease is returned to us signed. It's worked pretty well for us so far!
