E-sign Leases not getting signed

Is there a way to show that there is an un-signed lease for a customer when they login to their account on line?

I would lock out the online access to get them to call in about it. Then the lease can be addressed before they can have online access again.1 -
We don't give new tenants access to an account or the facility until the lease has been signed and a payment has been made. We also won't accept the payment until the lease is returned to us signed. It's worked pretty well for us so far!1
