Sitelink not opening customers files

I'm having trouble getting into customers files to take payments today. I think they updated software last night. i've restarted my computer twice and sioftware. IIs anyone else having trouble today?

    Answer ✓
    Close Sitelink.  Reopen but don't sign in.  Click on Maintenance.  Then Reset Local Database.  Then log in again.

    If that doesn't work, do another Live Update.
