Can you terminate a tenant for being late 18 times out of 32 months?
I have told this tenant verbally and in writing that she needs to pay on time. She has been late 26 times out of 32 months. She comes in on the first and pays for the previous month including late fee, then pays that month the following month + late fee. Not sure if we can give her a 30-day notice?
