Autopay: entering credit card or ACH info only once for multiple units?
Is there a way to enter credit card or ACH information (or re-enter it) only once for multiple units? We have lots of multiple unit tenants, and with all the credit card fraud happening, entering a new CC number for them is an opportunity to enter one incorrectly.

I have two facilities. I have used Price Optimizer many times to increase rents. Both sites are set up identical in the Price Optimizer Tenant Rate Management screen. Now one site does not provide option to print and email. Screen is "grayed out" Any suggestions?

We have noticed at the end of January invoice processing, seems to double charge invoices issued yesterday. Invoice Date 29 Jan Due Date 29 March Rent 28 Feb - 28 Mar Rent 29 Mar - 28 Apr When it should only show 28 Feb Rent, Due Date should also be 28 Feb. Is it due to Feb only having 28 days?

Decreasing security deposit when transferring
