Does anyone else use Starlink as their internet provider?  I have two rural locations that use Starlink.  One location (with the flat mount dish) has issues sending emails through Sitelink.  There are no issues with internet speeds or signal quality.  All functions that require internet run smoothly except emails through Sitelink.  Sitelink support says there are no issues on Sitelink's side and to contact my service provider.... but if you have Starlink then you know.  There are no customer service or support numbers to call and everything is done via email through your online account and it takes forever for any response.  I did purchase a pipe mount that will get the dish off the roof.  I hoping that helps with the issue when it is installed.  Until then....  anyone else dealing with this kind of issue?

I can confirm that the location of your dish has nothing to do with the email problem with Sitelink.  I have the exact same problem which was elevated to some top-dog "IT" guy that said, "Oh, that has to do with security"...nothing else.  They are of no help in this regard.  Why they wont allow emails to travel out of a CGNAT implementation (Starlink) makes absolutely no sense.  Their servers in God-knows-where sends the emails on your behalf thru the mail servers you set up at your location.  There is absolutely no need for Sitelink to communicate back to you thru the CGNAT, because you are already connected to their database!  I believe they actually don't know why it does not work, and use the "security" word as a cop out.  Bottom line, you are on your own.  I am actively working on a work around on this and will report back once I have a viable solution.
