Does anyone else use Starlink as their internet provider? I have two rural locations that use Starlink. One location (with the flat mount dish) has issues sending emails through Sitelink. There are no issues with internet speeds or signal quality. All functions that require internet run smoothly except emails through Sitelink. Sitelink support says there are no issues on Sitelink's side and to contact my service provider.... but if you have Starlink then you know. There are no customer service or support numbers to call and everything is done via email through your online account and it takes forever for any response. I did purchase a pipe mount that will get the dish off the roof. I hoping that helps with the issue when it is installed. Until then.... anyone else dealing with this kind of issue?
