E-sign causing Opentech kiosks inoperable

Ever since the new e-sign update my 20 series (latest models) Opentech kiosk won't complete move-ins. It freezes on the e-sign screen and won't display the rental agreement for the tenant to sign so the move-in process just stops and the tenant doesn't get a receipt, gate code or unit #.

 Anyone else having issues with their kiosks since the e-sign update?
