Integrating an Affiliate Software/Platform

Hello, we have a website integrated to Sitelink where you can rent a storage. We want to run an affiliate program. We want to have a signup form, where users can signup as an affiliate. A referral code will be manually/automatically sent via email/sms. 

A user that will the referral code will get a discount. And the referrer can earn a reward with Amex Gift Card, and Amazon Gift Card. 

Has anyone ever tried this or at least close to this? 

What Affiliate software/app  i can use that integrates well with Sitelink?
