Storlogix question regarding gate entry time

I noticed that when anyone goes through the gate the time is p.m. when it is a.m. But when i sign into the storlogix program itself, the time is correct. Where would i be able to adjust the gate entry time? thx

Are your keypads programmed correctly - 12 or 24 hour time

I'm not sure, how would I check this out or fix it? Thanks

You will need to login to each key- pad and run thru the settings. There is a preset code to access the data which should have been changed when installed. Once you access the data you can scroll through the settings -and change the time setting to 24hr.

Thanks @Jimbo1956 , where can I find the manual? I can probably google it, or would it be listed under help in the Pti program? Thanks for your help!

Look up PTI VP keypads and it will pull it up. IT will tell you what the generic passcode is in the manual- you should change it since the manual is public and bad actors can get it and manipulate your keypads
