A company is leasing a unit but the representative has signed the lease. the rep is no longer with the company but is still listed on our lease, who legally has this unit and lease?

When we rent a unit, there is a checkbox to "use the Company Name as Tenant". If this was checked it would be leased to the Company, if not the Tenant (actual person) would be responsible. You could reach out to the representative to have them sign releasing responsibility of the unit to the company and creating a new lease.0
