A company is leasing a unit but the representative has signed the lease. the rep is no longer with the company but is still listed on our lease, who legally has this unit and lease?
What information can be given to the company?

When we rent a unit, there is a checkbox to "use the Company Name as Tenant".  If this was checked it would be leased to the Company, if not the Tenant (actual person) would be responsible.  You could reach out to the representative to have them sign releasing responsibility of the unit to the company and creating a new lease.

Mine is usually noted that it is the company, not the point of contact on file. I have a couple that change every other year. They usually reach out to advise that they took over, put a new CC on file & I have them sign a new agreement.
