New Window in MyHub when doing Reservations

This was perfect because I could see the duplicates and any other units the customer may have reserved or currently be in. The line that I had just finished with was still highlighted and I could clearly see which 2nd reservation/same customer I still needed to notate or call.
Ever since the newest update, now after I hit Submit when I get the window that says:
Send Bulletin To Store
Send Confirmation to Tenant
Print Letter
and then when I do not select one of these and choose Close, it erases my search and gives me the BLANK box to start all over!
Why in the World would I need ANY of the choices above at this point in my new reservation callback process?
I AM the store so I don't need to Send a Bulletin
The Tenant ALREADY got a Confirmation when they made the Initial Reservation
and I do not keep PAPER FILES so therefore I don't need to Print Letter
I feel like this is another one of those Update Changes that were made just to make a Change. Not because any of us requested this or even from any understanding of our process.
I vote that this be removed and put back the way it was linking back to my original search so I can continue making notes in the second rez/same cust.
(Oh, and I also hate that when I scroll down and click on Notes instead of just opening Notes it ZOOOMS to the top of the page and I have to scroll Back Down to see the open Note section. It is really irritating to my eyes to watch this all day.
If you wanted to do an update on the Lead/Lease window, THIS is what you should have Changed, not the above.)
