Adding a call to action button to emails (the category is the only one the list allowed me to pick)

I'd like to add a button to the emails we send customers from SiteLink to direct/ask them to review our service as they complete interactions with us. For example, adding such button to the emailed receipt we send out when taking a rental payment.
This would make the customer feel that he can engage with us, works for us to gauge our rights and wrongs and having reviews is always helpful for page scores.

In Sitelink Forms, you can create an email with HTML in it. Either create a simple link or you can get fancy and use graphics and clickable buttons.  This is easiest if you (or someone you know) knows how to do HTML and you have a decent HTML editing program you can use outside of Sitelink and then import it.

Links are better if you have customers who wont or can't view HTML emails.
The specifics will depend on your own setup, but in general edit or create an HTML form in Sitelink, click Insert, Hyperlink and fill out the information.

    Inner HTML box:
<o:p>Text you want visible on the link</o:p>

    URL box:
    http://link_to_your_review_page.com

Tooltip: Usually easiest to leave it blank. Different devices handle this in different ways.
