Why would they increase? Any normal operator has in their lease no perishables can be stored and no customers should be storing anything that has a time sensitive shelf life about it in the first place.

Not sure I even understand the poll?  We have always had long term customers.  They are my favorites!  We have got refunds from auto insurance and even our business/property coverage due to COVID.

    I misunderstood the question.
Also, what kinds of damage happens over a longer time in a storage unit?

From today’s perspective, the issues with insurance prices are the easiest ones. Everything I much more expensive now than it used to be, and I barely manage to run my household without debt. Thankfully, I have financial planning physicians who help me manage my finances in the best possible way. Doctors and medical professionals earn by far not as much as they should, which is why adjusting to these new prices is quite challenging. And I am not even talking about saving money for retirement. I am not sure how I will live through this winter at all.
