How do I Void or Refund a Credit Card charge that was run through SiteLink Web Edition Card Processing Terminal?

There are two steps involved depending on the C/C payment processor you use.

*Assuming you have not run a daily close yet.*

First step is in Sitelink, where you void the sale. Adjustments ---> Ledger Adjustments.

If your payment processor is supported, you can do everything here, and the void/refund will process in both Sitelink and your payment processor.

 If you use a payment processor like us, that doesn't support refunds directly from Sitelink (e.g. Pay Pros) the next step is to go into their (Pay Pros) site to void or refund the transaction there as well.

The main thing is that you double-check your payment batch at end of day to make sure everything matches.
