Did you guys create your own emails for delinquent tenants? Or did you use a template?

We use the ones already in SL.

We added our logo and a late fee schedule to the default one in Sitelink.

Just customized the one in Sitelink Setup -->Email . It's really easy to make/edit existing email  and create new ones.

A neat trick is creating a bunch of custom emails & using Sitelink Keywords to autofill tenant information...

For things like "Declined Credit Card"  "Friendly Rent Reminder" and so forth which you can select by clicking the "predefined messages" box when you email in a tenant account. 

Saves a lot of typing.

I made one for the CC didn't process... and a couple others  works well....
