Lease Rental agreement contract number was entered incorrectly, Can this be changed, It occurred between two different customers while data entry. after they were totally moved in in the system

Hi @RaquelCNW, this is a great question to sort out directly with tech support: 919-865-0789 (option 2)
They'll set up a screen share and you can show them exactly where the issue is, good luck!

Unfortunately Tim wasn't able to help, My Manager was able to adjust this once before, I will ask him again maybe he knows of a shortcut than I do.

The lease number can be changed from the Payment screen, Ledger Settings.
