How do you download a document (such as a vehicle title or insurance) to a customers acct? all I can seem to get is a small corner, the same size as the drivers license we scan in.

Climateguard Registered User, Daily Operations Certified, Advanced Operations Certified, Administrator Certified ✭✭✭when you scan a document from your printer you should be able to crop the size of the document by dragging the edge/border of the picture and it will resize the document for you. Hope this helps!

To upload a full document, you can scan it into your computer and save it as an image file or a PDF. Hi, @Dieter; to put a document on file for the tenant, you'll want to upload it from the Tenant Photos page.
