How do you download a document (such as a vehicle title or insurance) to a customers acct?  all I can seem to get is a small corner, the same size as the drivers license we scan in.

    when you scan a document from your printer you should be able to crop the size of the document by dragging the edge/border of the picture and it will resize the document for you. Hope this helps!

    Sitelink's scanning feature is designed for driver's licenses and will only scan the upper left corner of any larger document as a result. To upload a full document, you can scan it into your computer and save it as an image file or a PDF. Use the "Upload" button in the tenant's photo menu to search for the file and upload it to the account.

    Hi, @Dieter; to put a document on file for the tenant, you'll want to upload it from the Tenant Photos page.
