StorLogix not reporting tenant access to multiple units

Are we able to auction units that contain legal files?
I have a very overdue customer, who is uncontactable, and emails are being opened but ignored. The issue is this client has a unit full of legal documents (files from his law firm) among other things such as office furniture. Procedure for customer moving out
I'm wondering what your process is for a customer moving out.? Do they have to email? Does the moveout have to be in writing? Maybe 5 day notice? Most of the time I find out they moved out, when I call asking for a payment.

In California is there a legal time frame to request that a tenant update their contact info?
I have been researching online and even contacting other facilities but can't find a time limit to give to renters for updating their outdated address/ contact info. If there is not a legal time limit, is it up to the owner and can we put it in our lease?

Tenant info screen masking Birth Date?
In this newest version of Sitelink, the Tenant info screen is masking the birth date. Not a problem since we can click the button to show it, but is this intended behavior? Why mask just the DOB and not SSN or DL#? Has anyone else run in to this? It did not do that in the previous version, at least for us.
