In setting up a new computer we somehow lost the ability to automatically delete a gate code on move out.  Sitelink says its a problems with the gate software, gate software says its a problem with Sitelink.  Any suggestions on how to get this fixed?  Thanks very much for any help.

@Char in that situation the code will remain in your gate program as it is still a current code.

Is that case you wouldn't need the code out of the system anyway since he/she will still be a tenant so don't randomize.

    Hi @Char

There is a setting in SiteLink that will prompt the user to randomize the gate code during a move out, which will allow reusing the original code. This setting is found in the Move Out menu in Program Defaults. When a tenant is moved out, their access code will automatically be removed from your gate program provided the gate software is running.

What if the tenant has more than one unit and uses same code for all?

This setting is turned on, however, we still have to remove from gate software by hand.  Any more suggestions?
