Why can't we use NSF keywords in our custom reports (i.e. NSF.ReturnCheckAmount, etc.)?
We have created many custom reports, and while I'm not thrilled with the formatting and WYSIWYG of the Crystal Reports interface, it's workable. However, I'm mystified as to why some keywords are OK to use, and some are restricted.

Late letters not printing....
For some reason when I am processing my late letters from the task menu the fees are being added but they are not printing after they process. I have to go back in and check all the tenants and print from the letters section. I do not remember having to do this before? Is this something that changed in the last update?
