Updating credit card info
Had to update an expiration date on an auto charge. When I entered the new date, it erased the CC number necessitating a call back to tenant. Alot of extra steps just to put in a new date with card number being same.

New PC (Windows 10) issue
Sitelink couldnt help me. I purchased a new pc and sitelink wont run on it. I get an error that says it failed to sync with local database. Sitelink tried for two days and couldnt get it to work. This is the PC we use for our gate program. It seems to be blocking SL from running. Any suggestions?

Transfer of Unit to new person
Does SiteLink have a transfer form I can access when tenant's want to change tenant name to new person responsible for the unit? I have my own form, but I want it to be in SiteLink so that there is a time and date stamp recorded in notes when printed. Looking for a template if possible.

Transfer auto bill when linking units
When we link units, the auto bull information is not transferring to the new/linked unit. We have to manually input the information again. Is there a work around?

Does anyone else have a problem getting those doing an on-line move-in to sign the lease and return it? Once they pay, it seems like they think they are done. Is there a way to see what passcode an employee has? Or a way to view a report of what they typed in. Frustrated at not being able to log in to web edition or my hub. Only thing I can do is change passcode. I changed it to what they said it was supposed to be. See if they can get in. Thanks
