When trying to converse with a potential new customer on Lead to Lease, how to sms msg?
We had a potential customer contact us by text, there should be an easy way to communicate with people who are not in sitelink yet. If you have their mobile number and they can not talk but could text that would save a lot of effort and provide an additional tool to communicate with new customers or would be customers.

What do you do with returned locks?
We sell a Chateau cylinder lock C481-6 w/3 keys to our customer. Sometimes the customer returns the lock and "some" keys. If there are 3 keys returned with the lock we recycle the lock and give it away as free. Locks with 1 or 2 keys returned we keep. Windows 10 Updates / Restart
How can I get SL to open back up after a restart. And to open up two different SL locations. SL has to be open for our on line rentals. Or is there a way to shut off or at least control when the updates happen? Thanks

Transferring from large to smaller unit

It would be very helpful and help keep immaculate records on the condition of a unit if you could snap a photo to add to a unit note when doing walk-thru with your phone or iPad! SiteLink and QuickBooks
Does anyone have experience with SiteLink feeding into QuickBooks? If so, do you have it set up for daily or monthly? And how do you like it? Or alternatively, if any of you use Quickbooks and you don't use the SiteLink export system, how do you manually post the SiteLink financial information? Thank you for your input.

Form formatting problem
I am trying to set up Sitelink to print my lease. However I cannot seem to get the formatting right on lining up the columns. I am using RTF format and this is the problem I am encountering: Left, right or center justify doesn't seem to make a difference. The columns never seem to line up. Any idea how to fix this?
