XXL is a unique facility that caters to business owners, RV owners, hobbies, etc. Our units have power and heat in some. We also offer mailboxes and other services. Sitelink freezing?
Just getting in for the day today so not sure if it is still happening but did anyone else have Sitelink freezing up on them randomly for 30 secs or so at a time yesterday? We had 3 computers, a desktop and laptop here and a desktop at another site I talked to yesterday all experiencing the same issue out of nowhere.

Edit prorated amount
Just curious if you can edit the proration amount manually? I had a tenant move out and we don't normally prorate the rent if you move out earlier than rent is up. In this instance I was going to return to them $50 but proration is $82.50.

certified mail vs certificate of mailing
When mailing out the lien/term of lease/abandon unit ect. is it ok to send it *certificate of mailing ? or does it have to be *cerified mail? I heard somewhere that you could just do the certificate of mailing, because you don't have to know if the person received it or not you just have to prove that you sent it. HELP :)

Sold Auction Units still on auction list
Question... Why do units that have been sold at auction still show under the Reverse Auction Tab under Select a Task? They do still show a balance since the auction price did not bring what the tenant owed.
