What about self-storage customers who don’t want to receive text messages? [FAQ]
Self-StorageSMS Answer: Your SiteLink self-storage management software has an "opt in" field for each tenant. If this field is not selected, the tenant will not receive a text message. Just like with all other SMS services, your tenants can text the word “STOP” to no longer receive text messages from your facility.

Can I pick which tenant phone numbers receive text messages? [FAQ]
Self-StorageSMS Answer: Yes, under the Premium Plan. In addition to the Mobile number, you can choose the Primary and/or Alternate phone numbers to have texts sent to.

Self-StorageSMS Answer: Our Hands-free, Worry-free SMS™ payment reminder texts are generated through your SiteLink software for past due accounts. These are strategically scheduled and include links to your payment portal. This is the most effective way to collect on your past due accounts.

When do texts get sent to the tenants? [FAQ]
