How to make system over lock after 7 days past due?
Our site has a 7 day grace period, but in the reminders box it does not pop up to over lock a unit until it is 30 days past due. How can this be changed for this site only?

stand alone version back up
using the stand alone version and have for many years. computer has windows 10 and when we do back up it will not compress the file or save it to usb drive. Any info would help a lot!!!!

So when we email receipts for payments to tenants, they show up in our emails sent folder. That’s nice so so we can confirm we did it. The esign leases don’t do the same thing. Is this a setting?
