How do I change when a tenant is automatically locked out?
Every month SiteLink automatically locks out tenants, that have a balance, on the 6th, but I don't "overlock" the units until the 7th. How do I change this so either SiteLink locks them out on the 7th or not at all?

Can you change a tenants billing from 28 days to monthly?
We had a tenant that wanted to rent a secondary unit. When syncing their units, everything synced except the billing cycle. The customer was wanting monthly and our system automatically defaulted to the 28 day billing. Is there anyway that this can be changed to a monthly anniversary??

We are using MyHub on an iPad for some of our work. The login information for the previous manager auto populates in the login screen whenever we open MyHub. Does anyone know how we can change it to the login of a different employee?

So when we email receipts for payments to tenants, they show up in our emails sent folder. That’s nice so so we can confirm we did it. The esign leases don’t do the same thing. Is this a setting?
