Refund to random walk in customer?
Is there a way to give a refund to people who are not a tenant of our self storage facility? We sell pretty everything you need for moving. Boxes, tape, labels and so on. Random people will stop by to buy items. If for some reason they come back asking for a refund , can storable refund that ?

Every month SiteLink automatically locks out tenants, that have a balance, on the 6th, but I don't "overlock" the units until the 7th. How do I change this so either SiteLink locks them out on the 7th or not at all?
