Catching Thieves and Overnight "Guests"..
So obviously there is an issue with people sleeping in the units/facility at night (or during the day) and theft as well. I think it would be good to share some experiences so that we know some of the "signs" to look for out there. Here are a couple of my recent experiences: 1) On a walk through, a unit was found with a…

Drumming in the unit
I have had a
potential customer reach out to see if he could rent one of our units with the
purpose of practicing playing the drums in the unit. His wife doesn’t want him
playing them in the house. On face value,
I don’t see any significant issue with renting him a unit beyond a slight
nuisance for any customers who are…

Reminder: Holidays bring out the thieves
Just a friendly PSA, holidays always tend to be when thieves get the boldest it seems. We just spent half the day tracking down a xmas eve one here. Was doing my walkthru when a customer asked for assistance as their keys weren't opening their lock, so I tried assisting them to get it open but none of the keys were working…

Doorking And Sitelink
Has anyone here got experience of using Doorking along with sitelink web edition? If it is indeed possible, are there any conflicts between the two programs?

Our facility offers many ways to pay rent. In person, over the phone, online, autopay, drop box. We also send out invoices 10 days prior to the due date. But yet every month we get tenants who pay late and believe they shouldn't have to pay the late fee. They try to hustle their way out with stories or just get mad and say…
