Receiving payment after the daily close.
When I was trained, I was told if someone came in after we had run the daily close, that I could still take the payment in the system, as it would simply show on the next day's close. Is this correct?

Looking for input from anyone who has had or does have electric hook-ups for their RV spaces. How much extra do you charge compared to your spaces without electric hook-ups? Anyone needing a resident manager?
As the title says.. curious if any companies are looking for a resident manager couple? Getting pretty tired of dealing with unethical ownership. Edit: they've ruined storage all together for my wife so she no longer wants to be in the industry so just a single manager.

PIGEONS!
These winged rats have become the bane of my existence. I am missing soffit material (trying to get that addressed.) They are messy, unsightly, damaging tenants stuff, even…
