Does anyone remember the shortcut keys to make a one time ACH payment in the payment screen? I thought we had used CONTROL/SHFT/H before but it does not seem to work.

ACH processing question
Has anyone that has been changed from ACH ExChange to Profituity had processing issues? We have pending ach payments form 11/16/17 to 11/27/17. It seems Site Link and Profituity are not communicating upon the committing process. Just wondering if anyone else has had issues?

New tenant multi unit move in
I cant seem to find any way to move a new tenant into 2 or more units without having to charge the cc more than one time. The only way i can seem to do this is to rent them 1 unit, charge the card then add another unit and run the card again. any ideas on how to do this or if it can even be done? Thanks

Charity Storage and Sitelink

Sitelink I'd like to be able to Flag an outgoing Email as a Collection Note. When sending an email in sitelink under notes it doesn't show we have made any collections calls under our Manangement Summary. Late letters not printing....
For some reason when I am processing my late letters from the task menu the fees are being added but they are not printing after they process. I have to go back in and check all the tenants and print from the letters section. I do not remember having to do this before? Is this something that changed in the last update?

credited rent from first day of the month moved out units
