How do I change the payment from an Bank transfer to a ATM payment?
When inserting a payment instead of chossing ATM, by mistake, I choose Bank transfer. After the daily close, can I just change the payment method? Thank you!

Anyone have trouble getting Sitelink to process and resend unpaid invoices?
Sitelink keeps saying Status: "failed" when I resend unpaid invoices or try to manually create and send an unpaid invoice. Anyone know why?

Kiosk Payment History
Is there any report that shows how many payments have been made using our kiosk? Typically, I go to lead funnel and it allows me to see how many units have been rented from it - I am curious if there is anything that gives a count of how many people are just paying their bill. Any help is appreciated.

Removing ACH Get Returns for reminder list.

I see previous notes that were left on Reminders. A few of them have no initials. How was that done?

Esign Leases Broken
Is Esign broken for anyone else? Whenever I try and go to Waiting for Signature or Out for Signature, I'm greeted with a window that says Service Unavailable, error 503. I was forced to change my password this morning and not sure if that is related or not. @storable_support

2 monthly invoices being sent out
I have noticed that Sitelink is now sending out 2 invoice batches about 5 mins apart ... to the whole tenant list - HELP how do I stop this. We have changed nothing in settings. They get one that is showing from SiteLinkmyHub and then the other shows from our company email. Any ideas how to correct this? Thank you

Why is Sitelink adding an unauthorized lien charge to a tenants account?
We had an incident where Sitelink added an unauthorized lien fee to a tenants account the other day (we had already done that the day before). We credited the account, but we don't have any idea how or why this happened. Has anyone else encountered anything like this? Thank you.
