Is it worth the hassle to offer insurance to tenants? It sounds like more trouble than it's worth, especially because it is not required in NV. What kind of feedback did you get from tenants regarding additional charges when you implemented insurance?

Can you raise rent above the standard rate?
Example: A move in rate is $115 and the tenant is due for a rate increase. Can I raise them to $125 while keeping my standard move in rate $115 or should I change my move in rates to match?

I have three locations, but one website. I assume this is a very common situation, but want to add online rentals for all of my locations so they can be booked online via E-sign/sitelink. Locks
I need to reorder locks. We usually get them from Move-N-Store. But the shipping cost has gone up. I can order from Chateau and get free shipping. Are their locks good? They also sell locks that come with a lock out key. We currently use red locks with master key to lock out past due, plus lock the out at the gate. Thanks

Kiosk Payment History
Is there any report that shows how many payments have been made using our kiosk? Typically, I go to lead funnel and it allows me to see how many units have been rented from it - I am curious if there is anything that gives a count of how many people are just paying their bill. Esign Leases Broken
Is Esign broken for anyone else? Whenever I try and go to Waiting for Signature or Out for Signature, I'm greeted with a window that says Service Unavailable, error 503. I was forced to change my password this morning and not sure if that is related or not. @storable_support

2 monthly invoices being sent out
I have noticed that Sitelink is now sending out 2 invoice batches about 5 mins apart ... to the whole tenant list - HELP how do I stop this. We have changed nothing in settings. They get one that is showing from SiteLinkmyHub and then the other shows from our company email. Any ideas how to correct this? Thank you

Why is Sitelink adding an unauthorized lien charge to a tenants account?
