Invoicing Over Discount Periods
One thing I have found with units that have a discount rate applied across multiple months is that when Sitelink creates an invoice to send to the customer for their next rent payment (after the initial move-in), it always bills the entire discount period in one lump sum. Ouch! This always results in sticker shock for my…

What do you do to clean sand and debris from your isle ways.
We are getting a lot of sand and dirt down our isles. I have used a portable blower in the past, but stuff by door gets blown into units. Units get enough dust as it is. Looking for a different option. Any ideas are welcome. I have thought about street sweeper, but I don't think they get sand at bottom of doors.

We are forced into using Outlook for email because SiteLink, to my knowledge, does not support authenticated SMTP, which our provider requires. Game changer for owner/managers.
Take payments, move-in/out, send eLeases from your smartphone or tablet (yes, iphone/ipad too! ). I showed this enhancement at the New Orleans trade show dozens of times, and inevitably the owners who also manage the store were the most excited. I think this is because they are most likely to be performing off hours and…
