However when I go into days past due it will say that tenant is 29 days late, but there is a fee to process. I can count the days late on a calendar and see…

This Tenant Killed Me
He didn't really kill me, but I did get a little mad. A 20-some year old tenant walked into my office and asked when the dumpster was going to be emptied. "Friday," I said. "Bad luck. I dropped my retainer in there and am going on vacation this weekend. Would you mind looking for it? It's in a yellow container." ... What?

The only way i can seem to do this is to rent them 1 unit, charge the card then add another unit and run the card again. any ideas on how to do this or if it can even be done? Thanks

Costa Rica adventures with College Buddy. Monstrous animals, poisonous frogs.
Some of us have occasional lapses in judgement. We saw this and other frogs while hiking. Many frogs in Costa Rica are poisonous. Don’t lick them. Many animals joined us at dinner, including this cucaracha. A possum waddled through the dining area while we were eating one evening.
