Finger print scanner and Sitelink?
Hi, We are having too many tenants sharing their access codes and its becoming a problem. One idea I had is to incorporate a traditional finger print scanner (will have to be integrated into the keypad and another unit in the office) and use this as a second form of validation upon entry. Has this been done before? Thanks!

Invoicing Over Discount Periods
One thing I have found with units that have a discount rate applied across multiple months is that when Sitelink creates an invoice to send to the customer for their next rent payment (after the initial move-in), it always bills the entire discount period in one lump sum. What do you do to clean sand and debris from your isle ways.
We are getting a lot of sand and dirt down our isles. I have used a portable blower in the past, but stuff by door gets blown into units. Units get enough dust as it is. Looking for a different option. Any ideas are welcome. I have thought about street sweeper, but I don't think they get sand at bottom of doors.
