Need Help with daily closing
My office is open 3 day's a week and my daily deposit is back dated from last week this has never been a problem before. Invoice Not Clearing in Reminders
I have one tenant whose invoice will not clear in the reminders section. I have emailed it to her, verified email was delivered I have even printed out the invoice, however, the invoice still shows up in "Reminders" as needing to be sent. Anyone have this happen to them? Selecting wrong size on line
We have had several tenants make reservations on line and upon arrival find that they have selected a unit that is way too small. Causes a bit of a problem when there is only one or two of the size reserved available and we loose out on a rental. Any suggestions on how to improve the situation?
