Mystery shoppers
Just curious as I just finished with a potential site buyer doing the usual sneaky sneak as a customer and I always find it hilarious... Does anyone else ever toy with people when you see through their cover story? I've always had fun with the things I will say or how I steer the conversation when I know it's a mystery…

Tenants with no lease
My company purchased a storage facility recently and we discovered a few tenants with no signed lease on file. Some of them are good tenants and I should be able to get them to sign a new one. But one tenant that has no lease also has a large unpaid balance and has not responded to any of our attempts to contact him. How…

Adding photos
I noticed that when I try to add more than 2 or 3 photos, Sitelink shuts me down. If we are to merge with online auction platforms, which most require more than 2 pictures, we have to be able to put them there, obviously requiring more data storage capability. Does Sitelink have an ETA on this upgrade?

Web site to Sitelink?
Why does it take up to 30 min. to populate the notes on a lead in lead to lease from an outside web site? I see the lead I see the bulletin but no notes any where from 10 to 30 min.later. Same for payments sometimes the reverse over lock shows before the account shows the payment? Just would like to understand this.

There needs to be a way to send a tenant who rents multiple units only 1 lease to E-sign
I've had several tenants call wanting to do E-sign but rent multiple units. I have to send each individual unit separately. It would be nice to be able to put all the units on one lease with their sizes and rates. Another suggestion would be for SiteLink to set it up where you can send multiple leases through a single link…

How do you attach a form/brochure to predefined e-mail?
Our company recently started to require proof of property protection to all of our units. We have a predefined letter that state their Home Owner/Renters insurance declaration page is about to expire. We are suppose to attach a Property Protection brochure with the e-mail, but for the life of me I cannot figure this out.
