Renting out a 40-yard container
I had an intersting inquiry from a potential customer and wanted to see if anyone has ever dealt with this before. A man wants to park his 40-yard container in one of our spots we'd normally use for boats, RVs, etc. I want to say no because there's a lot of uncertainty about this. Has anyone ever dealt with a situation…

It's time for me to reinstall windows and wipe clean the years of crud on our office machines. Anyone out there have suggestions for a good antivirus program that plays well with Sitelink? We run Win 7 pro 64bit, and have issues in the past with some freebie programs not playing nicely with Sitelink (slowing everything…

Marketing Tips
Hi! I'm wondering if I could get some input on marketing tips. We are a locally owned facility, located on a major highway in Powhatan VA. In recent years Powhatan has seen substantial growth and we're no longer strictly an agricultural community. There are a few small storage facilities that are no competition and also…

Inventory- Year End
I have always struggled with the Inventory module in SL. Especially arriving at year end inventory value to calculate Cost Of Goods Sold. The other issue I have is items with changing cost. Say I bought 100 locks in 2017 for $4.00 each. Sold 75 in 2017. Ordered 50 in January 2018 at cost of $4.75 each. Sitelink doesn't…

Online Move Ins - Require Autopay?
Hello, We use SiteLink's online move in option so our tenants can move in themselves. Is there no way to require autopayments? We are now having tenants move in, pay for their first month, and they have no card on file. So we have to call each individual move in to get their card on file. Is this a possible glitch? Or is…

Linking tenant units
What is the procedure to link tenant or unit. Tenant had unit. In Lead to Lease the tenant was added again instead of searching the database. I know there are hot keys for this but don't remember. I assume I do it in Company, Unit & Tenants, Add/Edit Tenants.

Label Printing
Does anyone else have issues when printing labels via sitelink? We're using the proper label style #5150 that it says but it causes it to print the top half of the names outside the top of the label resulting in it getting the top half of the letters onto the label above them. Would love an option to add spacing to the…

Online auction sites - your experiences
So i've used quite a few of the online auction sites in my years but with my current company this is my first time using lockerfox. TV / Cable Marketing
We recently had a Comcast rep come by and present packages for advertising (TV, streaming, etc.) that while sounding really great, was also very expensive.
