Denial of access - Gate lockouts / overlocks question
So another fun question for the Californians here as I found another forum talking about it but that was back in 2013 for the last post and I know laws change over time. I'm awaiting the owner to give me the login to the CSSA webpage so I can find some more official documents to go off of but what is your experience with…

People Watching...
I've noticed a trend. The hotter it gets in Texas, the more dangerous the packing/unpacking. It seems lately that boxes and totes are haphazardly tossed around like so much fluff by the wind. They throw items into the unit...no stacking. Then, when they come to find something in their unit, that has no rhyme or reason to…

Making Lead to Lease more user friendly/interactive
From time to time, we run a waiting list at our facility and it would be nice to be able to "flag" a customer or change them from the green color for a "lead" to maybe another color for being on the "waiting list" or designate other colors depending on the urgency for the customer. The way we are currently running our…

eSign issues with Smartphones
When a new customert is sent the eSign Lease, the "Click Here" that allows the tenant to move through the document more efficiently loses functionality on a smartphone (this example is from a Samsung Note 9).
